Rec

My take on “rec” isn’t wins nor losses but a mind frame. Where you play or how you play isn’t necessarily what I call rec. it’s define by your mind frame. An elite team/organization don’t have “rec” parents. Let’s start there, a system is build by coaches but if the parents don’t buy in the kids won’t. This game takes sacrifices, determination and a whole lot of buying in. I’ve witnessed great teams fold due to lack of participation or no one buying in. Everyone has a place until you take advantage of your role the team will always be “rec”
